The Process
My Workflow
There are a ton of components that go into developing a beautiful, cohesive, and scalable brand. This is why planning, communication, and development are crucial when I design anyone’s logo or website.
The planning stage is one of the most important phases of my process. During this stage, I really like to get a deep understanding of my clients needs and what they hope to accomplish. With this information I can create a Plan of Action, or detailed outline covering the production.
Once a plan of action has been made, I usually begin the designing process. During this process, I will create wireframes and layouts of priority pages throughout the site such as the homepage, contact, about, and product or services templates. These designs will also include theme and font styles that will be used throughout the site.
The design files will usually be sent by email to the client in the form of PDFs. Once approved the development process can begin.
After approval of the site designs, I begin the development process by configuring any DNS or hosting adjustments that need to be made. Thereafter, I install and configure WordPress and install core functioning plugins needed for the site build. For clients looking for a different platform however, I can also build sites on popular platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, and more!
During the development phase, I send regular updates on finished pages and components as the site is built. This ensures that my clients and I are on the same page throughout development.
For clients looking for more advanced functions in their website, advanced functions or plugins are usually installed during the later stages of development. Some of these features may include booking or appointment integrations, client or customer web portals, employee functions, and tons more.
In addition, clients looking for management integrations with their CRM can also be made with programs such as Method CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Monday, Liondesk, and many more.
With every website I build I add general keywords and search engine meta descriptions to priority pages with a free version of Yoast SEO. This creates a great base to build future SEO and keywords advancement for my clients. It also gives clients access to change and modify SEO data as they see fit.
Once the site has been completed on all platforms (Desktop, Tablet and Mobile) and all integrations have been made. Upon client approval, I will make the site live and open to search engine query. In addition, I usually include an outbound PDF packet with details and information of the site.
For logos and graphic design, final files are distributed in .jpeg, .png, and .pdf forms. Developmental files such as .psd or . ai are available for an additional charge.

Approximately 2 – 3 months. This can also depend on the number of revisions that need to be made and the complexity of the site.
I accept projects that start at $2,000. However, the final price depends on your needs and wants, the design and the functionality. Let me know what you are looking for via the inquiry page.
